Oase ProfiClear Premium Compact – Pump Fed contains both a scaled down automated mechanical Drum Filter and Moving Bed technology into one compact module, making this ideal for Koi ponds of up to 20,000 Litres (4440 Gallons), Fish stocked ponds up to 40,000 Litres (8880 Gallons) and ornamental ponds of up to 80,000 Litres (17,770 Gallons).

The Oase ProfiClear Premium Compact Pump Fed is designed for above water level installation and the Bitron C or Bitron Eco UV Clarifier can be mounted directly to the inlet of the drum for effective killing and flocculating of suspended algae, before being removed by the 80 micron screen within the automated drum filter.

The mechanically cleaned water will then pass through the Moving Bed chamber where the special Hel-X 13 Biomedia will biologically break down the soluble waste, creating guaranteed crystal clear water back to the pond.  Debris contained within the Drum Filter will be automatically ejected from the drum using high pressure jets during the rotating cleaning cycle.

The Oase ProfiClear Premium Compact Pump Fed is supplied with 40 Litres of Hel-X 13 Biomedia with the option to upgrade this to a maximum of 65 Litres.

This new compact drum filter of the ProfiClear Premium series is the inexpensive alternative for small to medium-sized bodies of water. The compact modular filter system is ideal for koi ponds up to 30 m³ in particular. Leading koi experts were consulted in developing the range. In the pumped principle, the maximum water flow through the filter is 20,000 liters per hour. With this completely self-cleaning drum filter unit, the moving bed system ensures optimal water movement and cleaning. Professional Hel-X bio-media effectively break down nutrients and pollutants in the water. A depth filtration of up to 60 microns and a new Hel-X 13 filter medium with a significantly larger surface ensure the high separation efficiency.
